By participating in classes, events, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Class Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only after payment.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes.
3. Health & Safety
- Participation in physical activity involves risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Please consult your physician before beginning any new physical activity.
- The studio is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or events.
4. Minors
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent to register or participate. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors during participation.
5. Communications
- By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive communications from us.
- You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
- Message/data rates may apply for SMS messages.
6. Intellectual Property
All class materials, choreography, and website content are the property of Richard Harris/Turn Their Heads and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Liability Waiver
By attending classes or events, you agree to release Richard Harris/Turn Their Heads, its staff, and instructors from any claims related to injury, illness, or property damage.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
