Country Swing Anchor Dip-Lead Being Dipped - Role Reversal

Social Dances

Fun Line Dancing, Country Swing, and More!

Join us for a fun night of line and partner dancing. We typically alternate 3 line dance songs with one to two country swing songs, however people swing dance to nearly every song because we have plenty of space. You don’t need a partner. We will introduce you to folks plus we play mixer games where everyone dances with everyone for a few seconds so you get to meet everyone in attendance. It’s a great opportunity to meet people, get some exercise and have a great time.

Typical socials include…

✨ Partner and Line Dancing
✨ Song requests
✨ Steals Circles
✨ Mixer country swing games like Freeze Frame and Tag
✨ Potluck (Bring your fav dish!)
✨ BYOB (alcohol welcome)
✨ Free lessons and dance reviews
✨ Free fountain water 💦 😝

Country Swing Spotlight Showcase

Our country swing spotlight showcases are held during most of our monthly social dances. They are not a competition, but a chance to demonstrate your hard work and have some fun on the dance floor. It’s a great opportunity to benchmark your personal progress as well as celebrate each other and our growth as dancers, with no pressure. Since you choose the song, and can start it wherever you want, you are able to choreograph the exact moves and routine you perform. That leads to improved learning and a faster progression as a dancer. Plus, performing in front of people helps you to get used to the nerves of competition if that’s something you do, or are contemplating doing someday.

Ten spots available for a couple or group to perform a choreographed routine, up to 90 seconds, to the song of their choice.  To register, please complete the form below. First come, first served.
