The reality is that we’ve grown incredibly fast due to our focus on entertaining instruction that enables everyone to learn quickly and easily. We are on the lookout for folks to help us continue to provide top-notch service and the best instruction in the country. Most positions are part time unless you can fill multiple roles.
Positions include but are not limited to:
Line Dance Instructors – Must be entertaining, positive, enthusiastic and truly love line dancing. Minimum 200 hours of line dance experience. Educational background in teaching helpful. Will train the right people.
Country Swing Instructors – Seeking someone with at least 100 hours of country swing or other partner dancing experience. Will train you how to teach using our methods.
Floor Dancers (Headturners) – Seeking bubbly, fun personalities who are great with the public. Will be demonstrating the dances from the floor while offering guidance and encouragement. Will also help set up at dance lessons and events.
Class Assistants – Seeking friendly folks to great guests, setup studios, answer phones and help keep things running on schedule. Will also help set up and run our large events. Good entry-level position for someone interested in becoming a Headturner who lacks line dance experience.

We can provide equipment if needed. Bonus if you can edit/create videos (like those on our IG). Higher pay if you can video and also perform floor dancer duties.
Sales – Provide information and quotes to sports teams, corporations, conferences and more. Community outreach.
Management – We are actively seeking a manager/executive assistant. Our line dance, country swing and two step student count has doubled every year since opening and we would like to continue that trend. We currently serve over 1000 students per month. We cannot reach our objectives without a crucial person in this role.
